I am a versatile and conscientious freelance designer who has spent over 18 years' working in the book and partwork industries. From my base at the Shop in Epsom, I now take on a broad range of projects for my clients including publishing, marketing materials, logos and corporate identities.

I began my career as an apprentice typesetter, working mainly in the art studio before passing out in 1992. I then moved into publishing, establishing myself as a paste-up artist and graphic designer at Larousse Kingfisher. After several years of working in children's reference, I was employed by EaglemossPublications as a visualiser on their Disney Lion King partwork. I then went on to become a Senior Art Editor, managing a broad spectrum of projects from licensed character through to adult interest.

I am fully proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and have excellent artworking and production know-how. I pride myself in working closely with my clients to meet their brief, on time and within the budget set. I relish using my visualising and Photoshop skills to create great designs out of limited materials, maintaining a sharp eye for detail throughout.

No matter what the brief entails, I approach what I do with honesty and integrity, adapting each project to fit my client's requirements as they evolve and change. Whether I'm producing work for a local business, global publisher, charity or sporting organisation, I can be trusted to offer brilliant design solutions each and every time.
